Yes, you can! When discussing your requirements we’ll walk through all your options and one of those questions will be about keeping your existing number.
Whichever network you decide caters for your needs you just need your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) which you can get by texting PAC to 65075 to get your code. From here we’ll handle the process of switching networks.
The transfer will happen on the agreed connection date and is usually an instant switchover, however, this can happen at any time on the date. Please be assured that when you lose network coverage from your old network provider, the new network will start immediately.
We understand that sometimes SIM needs to be updated, lost or damaged. We provide new cards free of charge and you get yours by simply contacting your account manager or filling in a contact form.

We know that times are hard and managing a business can be very difficult in times of uncertainty.
