Each handset in your building (either cordless or fixed) will have an extension number. For example, the first handset may have the extension number 001 and the second may be 002 – and so forth. To transfer a call simply place your caller on hold, enter the extension number you would like to transfer the call to and press transfer. It couldn’t be easier!
