With a sister practice in Ferring – near Worthing – it was important that whatever solution we put in place enabled seamless communication at both practices, with minimal downtime. Key to the success of this upgrade was retaining their existing telephone numbers as these were very much known in their local area. Following their seamless transition to a centralised switchboard setup, they’ve experienced an increase in call volumes as well as happier patients and staff! Of all of the features we provide to Abbots Lodge, they find call recording as well as having a fully interactive IVR suite of messages (which we record and manage), the most beneficial to their practice.
